점들의 파편 조형을 이루는 가장 기본적인 형태는 ‘점’이다. 타투이스트 바질(tattooist_basil)은 날 것의 모티브를 쪼개고 치환하며, 군더더기 없는 추상으로 그것들을 표현한다.바늘로 한 땀 한 땀 점을 찍어 이미지를 그려내는 핸드포크 방식의 작업에서 점들은 짝을 지어 선을 이루고 면을 이루며 형태를 구현한다.장식을 걷어낸, 근본적인 요소들만 남아있는 추상의 이미지들. 이들은 이토록 간결한 형태들을 통해 다양한 의미를 나타내고, 더나아가 그에 따른 감정까지 담아낸다. 작가는 이번 전시에서 추상의 과정과 함께 작업 현장 스케치를 공개하고, 점들의 파편을 통해 피부 위에 되살아날 이미지들의 조형적 아름다움에 대해 말하고자 한다. Fragments of dots. The most basic form of the shape is 'dot'. tattooist Basil (@tattooist_basil) splits and replaces raw motifs, and expresses them with simple abstract images.In the hand poke-based work, which is a way of tattooing by stamping dots with a needle, the dots gathers and form a line and plane to make a shape.Images of abstracts without decoration and only with fundamental elements. They express various meanings through these concise forms. And even contain emotions that come with them In this exhibition, the artist will unveil abstraction process and the pictures of the work site.
